the reason for pills iis the way you wash .Wash sheets and only sheets alone ,but for the best sheets you will ever buy 1000 tc sheets from e bay bought mine ,my friends agree they are wonderful and not that expensive

The key is to buy 100% Egyptian cotton and do not wash them with anything. I got a set of 600 thread count EC for about 90$ at Kohls, and I accidently washed them with a wash cloth and ruined them. I got a new set and I am very careful with them and they wash up wonderfully. I don't even have another set, I just wash those every weekend and put them back on.

Do not buy sheets with a higher count than 300. You are throwing your money away. Higher count will not feel any better than the 300 count.
Try washing only linens together. NEVER wash with street clothes or TOWELS!!!!!!!!!!!!
You will never encounter pills again and your lines will feel fab! Do rinse with fabric softner.
