Visible light is an electro-magnetic wave.
Of your three forms only gamma is an electro-magnetic wave.
Alpha and Beta are particles emitted during nuclear disintegration.
Of the electro-magnetic wave - the shorter the wavelength the greater the energy.
As gamma has a shorter wavelength than visible light is has greater energy.
With respect to visible light, the blue end of the visible spectrum is the shorter wavelength compared to red. therefore the blue end of the visible spectrum has the greater energy.

Alpha a positive particle from a radio active particle source can burn things and penetrate in air few inches.
Beta a -ve particle, can burn also and penetrate few feet in air.
Both are radio active particles, emitted by radio active substance.
Gama does not carry any charge on it it is in ray form (just like light but invisible to human, can penetrate 2 miles in air, can burns and causes other damage, ..., like mutation.
Al have capacity to cause mutation.
It all depends on the intensity of these particles or rays. They are all classified as high energy rays/particles.

Light is an electro-magnetic form of energy. It do not have any sub-atomic particles like electrons, Protons, Neutrons or Photons. Energy of light can be measured in several ways. One way is Wave length and intensity. We can see light in visible range only - red to violate. Red has longer wave-length, and Violate has shorter wave-length. Intensity is the measure of quantity. - How much of light is it.
The second aspect is different from this. Light before violate - light is known as ultra violate., that includes X-rays and cosmic rays. Wav-length after Red in known as Infra-red. It includes Heat, Micro- wave Radio waves and many long wave-length wave. Penetration capacity of light increases with decrees in wave-length. X-rays can penetrate through body, but bon. Cosmic rays Can pass through the earth.
Energy in the form of heat is with Infra red radiations. It can increase the temperature, but hardly penetrate through any body. Radio-waves can not heat any body. In this manner energy level decreases with increase of wave-length.
Alfa, Beta or Gama radiations are not form of light. It is radio-active emissions or radiations. It is because of sub-atomic particles, Neutron, and Protons. Emission of these radiations is because of breakdown of Radio-active atom, and as a result new atom with lower atomic weight is produced.
