Type in this URL in the address bar of your browser - http://video.qooqle.jp/dl/
When the page opens, copy the URL of the page on which your google video is. Then click the button that says "get URL". Once you get the URL, click on it and the download window will open.
It is very simple once you start to do it. Just go to the 'qooqle' URL and you'll get it.
