Your are probably not pregnant. This happened to me also. I didn;t have period for 4 months. But since we were not ttc , I wasn't very concerned. Unfortunately for me it turned out to be acute case of PCOS. I was then put on birth control pills.
So for you, It could be anythings: hormonal imbalance, or overian cyst, or stress (could cause delay or shorten up the periods). Best would be the appointment with the doctor.
If you maintained your BBT, it could give an idea of when you ovulated after you last periods.
Are your periods somewhat irregular at times? Or this is the first time such thing has happened. If you say yes, then I would be more optimistic about pregnancy. But if it has happened many times before also, then it could be PCOS.

If you are getting negative tests, I would say that the doc will check you for PCOS, hypothyroidism, and other hormonal disorders.

I thought I was preg several months ago, but found that hypothyroidism caused me to have pregnancy symptoms, and made me very tired.

Good luck.

With neg tests it is unlikely that you are pg. Most likely you aren't ovulating due to an underlying condition--
hormone imbalance
recently stopping birth control
over/under weight
pcos
endometriosis
thyroid issues
etc...

You are probably not pregnant but definitely need to be checked. Have you heard about PCOS?

this could be a reason for long cycles.

possibly pregnant but it would have shown by now. could be a number of things ranging from cancer to a cyst to a cycle shift.

good luck no matter what
