We have lived in the same townhouse for years and there is a new occupant on the opposite side of us (we are connected back to back). They brought roaches in with them. The problem is that we are all owners of the units so it's not like we can have a landlord come spray everyone. We have sprayed and they are still showing up! Should we hire a professional or is there a just as effective way to do it ourselves? Also, has anyone lived through having them? I'm so worried our house will have them forever!

try Boric Acid Powder, dust it along the wall edge by next apt,
roaches can be transferd in potatos,grocery from a store,
but if you use the boric acid powder all the time it will keep them out.
It will kill roaches,fleas,ants and silver fish, can be purchased at drug stores hardware, etc,
I live in the woods, and use it all the time,

yes, we had them.. the key word here is HAD!
When we lived back east we moved a lot and they were very much around on the east coast, we moved to the west coast and never saw them again.
So just hire an exterminator, Terminax is the one we used, they come once a month and spray the baseboards and that should keep them and their offspring away from your townhouse. They will run over to the neighbors so make sure the other residents do the same. Or they will get them too..
its not expensive to have them come once a month about 20 dollars or so.
Yes you can live through them!!

were you I would try a professional. The only thing is if you
do get a professional make sure that you get him to
guarantee his work.
