Most fun - the other way sounds very amercianised - like when they say 'the most winningest' - grrrrrrr! lol!

A lot, I am sure.

There is no such word as alot. You mean a lot which is two distinct words. It's like saying a few or a number of.

Funnest is also not a word , funniest is and is used when comparing different things like 'I saw four clowns st the circus and the one with the red hair was the funniest.'

A LOT!!! Please!!! this is so painful for me... for once and for all, there is NO word 'alot', not in ANY possible kind of sentence.
Personally I think 'funnest' sounds extremely peculiar, but I do have friends who use it. You can really say what you want, but DON'T try to write 'funnest' or 'alot' on any important documents.
Corrrrrrection complete.

a lot is always written as two separate words
funnest is not a word; instead, use 'most fun' or 'funniest' depending on what you mean.
