First of all Sargent Lois I've been an NCO (non-commission officer) and they have fitness assessments just like all other military personal. Your surprise assessment is NOW!!!
Since you are required to set the example to your fellow military personal you are required to do 110 push ups in 1 minute, then 100 sit ups then you need to run 10 kilometers in 1 hour. You will be got back to in 1 and 1/2 hours. If you do not pass this assessment you can NOT surf the net until you can!!!!!!
As a good staff Sargent I do not ask of others what I can't do myself.

Oh, it has been a while, since I broke my foot. I did not let it heal right. Bad Red.... Bad Bad Red! Then right after that my wisdom teeth started hurting, so I have been doped up on Loratabs for the last two weeks or so. Sorry Sarge.
