why ppl hate emos i am emo and i have no friends cause they hate emos i dont have friends cause i just moved and did not start school but still thay hate emos why???????

People have the idea that emos tend to whine alot, so they avoid them. It's nothing personal.

I dont hate emo girls, just emo boys. Emo girls are so far some of the hottest looking girls ive ever seen. Emo boys are way too metro, and sag tight jeans, i mean damn that seems paradoxal.
Most people believe that emo kids are emo simply for the scene, rather because everyone else is doing it type of thing. I don't personally think emos cut for a reason other than it's cool to them. Cutting used to be a serious art, and emos took it and turned it into a destructive emotional outlet.
That's why I hate them, emo boys anyway.

What's an emo?
You have no friends because you haven't met anyone yet. Don't assume that just because someone isn't your friend yet, they hate you. That's ridiculous!! Go do something. Be nice to people. Say hi, and see where it goes.
Honestly- if you are walking around with a big ol' grumpy face thinking everyone hates you, then no one will approach you because they will think you hate them.
Smile, think happy thoughts, and go get yourself some nice friends. Emo or not!

I dont hate emos but i do know why people do.
Its because most have there hair in there face all the time and they like cut themselves and they act like they hate life. No offence to you, im not saying you do any of those things. Its just what other people think.

Because being "emo" means being "depressed" even when you're not. So, when people are actually suffering from depression, they are called "emo". And that makes the actual depressed people resent the emo.

I don't think they hate emos. I think they're just scared and confused by what they do.
And, as teens, we're really pretty darn immature, despite what we want people to believe, and making fun of others is something immature people do.
So I wouldn't worry too much about it right now. When you get into college, people won't care anymore, and you'll have tons of friends.
