Yes. It's not the things I buy to make me happy because I don't spend much and buy very little. That's why I have what I do. It's the security and safety it supplies that makes me happy. Also having the means to buy something is comforting even if you don't buy it. I think people can be just as happy with or without money but having it is better. I've been on both sides and poverty sucks and so does being hungry and being one paycheck from being on the street.

Well before my business got going I was living from paycheck to paycheck, and not very happy with where I was at financially.

After about the 3rd year I started doing pretty well. Making about 20,000.00 more than I did previously.

Another 2-3 years later I have now doubled what I was making then, and I now have no worries about the income, bills, or lack thereof.

I would say my life is more carefree, and I dont worry as much as I used to that is for sure.

So in short I would say yes, I am much happier with a loaded wallet than a empty one

No, money has not bought me happiness. It doesn't buy happiness, nor does it equal happiness. People who hunger money and the things that it buys are never satisfied. They always want something more, something newer, something bigger and better.

Whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with his income. This too is meaningless. Ecclesiastes 5:10

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. 1 Timothy 6:10

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." Hebrews 13:5

Our hearts and happiness shouldn't be in money. Look in your checkbook... Where does all of your money go?
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matthew 6:21

Having a little money in the bank makes me happy. Then I don't worry about every little purchase I make possibly being the one that breaks the bank. I've never had much money and I honestly don't know what I would do if I did. I'm happy anyway, though :)

Yes, of course it does....at first! But after the "thrill" of buying things wears off, which it will, then you realize that money has nothing to do with it at all. Relationships and the little things in life....that is true happiness.

It has bought me peace of mind, I don't have to worry about the future of myself or my children.

It also buys a lot of entertainment.

But, happiness really comes from my family. I do think we are happier not having to worry how to pay for our chosen life style.

It seems like lack of funds creates alot of stress that I decided to skip by having an average income.

Yes of course it has. It would be absurd to say otherwise. If everything else in my life stayed the same , but I was poor, then life would not be so much fun.I`m not saying it`d necessarily be rubbish, but I`ve been there done that, gimme financial security over poor but happy anyday.

I have always been a single mother and raising my kids by myself WITHOUT welfare or any child support it always was a struggle.I got married a few months ago I only have one child left at home now. I can say its better not to struggle now but I was just as happy being dirt poor.
