I think her books are amazing. She has a very distinctive style of writing that really captivates the reader. You get transported from the real world into a world of fantasy. Any of her books, from the Vampire series to the Witch series is extremely interesting.

I think they are pretty good. I like the stories even though sometimes I don't like her writing style cause I have the feeling it gets me lost in details that aren't really important or that I just don't care to read about and is delaying the main idea. But most of the times I think the books are great. Guess it depends on everyone's tastes in books.

I use to love reading her books. They are good books. However, in recent years there has been a thirst for more instant gratification. In comparison to some of the popular books of recent years, they do seem a bit sluggish.

I really like the Witch books, but didn't care for the Vampire books. My favorite was "The Witching Hour." The first of the witch books.

The vampire chronicles were good, creative, gave the whole vampire image a three dimensional makeover. All with a feminine touch, of course.

Her early "Vampire Chronicles" were very good as were the early "Witch" novels. As she continued she seemed to become more long winded and too descriptive in her work. After her husband Stan died she became religious and went to hell in a hand basket. Stick to her earlier work and you'll find it very good.

I love her story lines, and her vampires, but her writing style bores me. I do know many many people who love the books though

Personally I find their pace sluggish, but I have friends who love her writing. Guess you just have to try her out to know.
