Green Bay Packers, 1st of all they don't have a decent running back, Brett Favre is bringing the team down and they cant develop Aaron Rodgers while he is still there, sub par defence, not that important but who's their kicker, Mason Crosby, who's that?, Donald Driver and who else, I guess Greg Jennings but overall the Packers are stinking it up this year, but an honorable mention to Atlanta and Oakland for their teams on this subject.

All time is Arizona Cardinals they have won the fewest games in NFL history aside from the expansion teams of houston carolina and jacksonville...but they are starting to get better now a days.
