how can someone apply lipstick perfectly (is there like a method or something?)

1) Outline your lips w/ a lipliner that matches your lipstick. Feather or soften the edge inward before applying your lipstick.
2) Use a lip brush to apply lipstick to create a sharp edge when wearing a deep, intense color.
3) Glosses, sheer or semi-sheer lipsticks are easier to wear because precise application isn't needed.

Get brush. Dig into lipstick with brush. Add lipstick to eyebrows to make your newly found uni-brow pop. Your eyebrows will distract everyone from your lips.

use a lip primer or elementary lip balm earlier making use of the lipstick yet bypass away it somewhat just to sink in, this could make your lips smoother and the lipstick won't bypass into the cracks :)
