Ok, I think you can figure this one out for yourself. If the only reason she is your sister in law, is because she "married" your brother, then obviously it's through "marriage". Any of her family would also be the same. BUT some families stay a little TOO close by marrying within the family, let's hope that's not the case.

You are not related at all. Your brother's wife is your sister-in-law and their children will be your nieces and nephews. That said, if they don't mind, feel free to use the appropriate titles such as Aunt or Mom.
BTW, you are related to your brother by blood and your s-i-l by marriage. The difference is if they weren't married would you still be related.

You're not blood related...you would be blood related to their kids, but you and your sister-in-law are only related through marriage.

you are related to the wife but not her famly if you are close then that is different. you can call them aunt etc if you wan to but really not related.
