My brother just got married 2 years ago. They have 2 kids--one who was his wife's with another man, and the other they had together before they got married.
He used to date a lot when he was younger, and this one girl me and my family wanted him to marry. She is now back in the picture 5 years later, and he keeps making secret dates with her and talking to her behind his wifes back. She told me all of this today, and she was thinking about leaving him. I dont know if i should say anything to my brother, or the girl or if i should just shut up and let what happens happen...

it is always best to say something to your brother even if he doesnt want to talk about it becasue maybe he is trying to get closure or maybe he isn't happy at home. no matter what happens you should always be happy with the choices he makes.

The wife has already told you? If this is the case, I would say something to your brother. Reason? If you don't and later he finds out that she told you.... Then hell's gonna break loose. Tell your brother what you know and also tell him to be a real man and do what ever he feels is the RIGHT thing to do. Then stay out of the rest of the situation. Don't talk any further with the wife about these things as she is placing you in a very bad situation.

The first thing you should do is pray. Pray about the situation and ask the lord for guidance on what to say to your brother. Then make sure you are saying this out of love because what comes from the heart reaches the heart. What your brother is doing is not right according to mans and gods law. If your brother wants his marriage to work then , he needs to let the other woman go on about his business. Because of his selfish actions he can hurt alot of people.(spouse, children,family and friends) a lot of people can be affected by this situation. I hope i was helpful.

Do you understand how hurtful this is to your sister-in-law? You're a woman; would you want a man to hurt you this way? Your brother is hurting his wife and you know about it. You need to at least tell him he's wrong, even if you don't say the rest of it. Whenever you see a woman being hurt like this, think about yourself. How would you feel if it were you?

This is a hard one it's like d a m ned if you do damned if you don't kind a thing.
You may just ini casual conversation say guess who I saw the other day, she said she has seen you a couple times whats up with that did your wife like her. See what he says
I really don't know. If you confronted him with it he may get defensive but if it is briouight up like that maybe it will be better and open the door to the issue.

Stay out of it; it's his karma and you can't spare him from it. He's married and he knows that. He shouldn't make clandestine dates behind his wife's back, and he knows that, too. Now things are about to catch up with him, and he doesn't know that, yet, but he's about to find out, and any interferrence from you (or any other member of the family) will only make matters MUCH worse.

I would say something to my brother.....He is in the wrong and so is this girl.......You can keep it from the sister in law for a little while because if she finds out that everyone knew and you kept it from her.......your relationship with her is over.
Hiding it under the rug isn't going to make it go away.

It is not your place to say anything to anyone. You will save yourself a lot of trouble by zipping your lips. If anyone asks you, just say, "it's none of my business, why don't you ask the parties involved?"
You didn't start any of this and none of it's your (or your family's) fault, only your brother's. You can still love him and support him when IT hits the fan.

I would tell him, he just may smarten up and fly straight.
The worst thing that can happen is that it comes to a head, his hand is forced, he will not stop, his wife leaves, and gets on with her life.

well,if ur bro's wife really trusted u and told u this,then i think u should talk with the girl and tell her that ur bro is married now.maybe she doesn't know it.and ask her not to ruin their life.but if she didn't do anything,then talk to ur bro.if he said it's none of ur bussiness,then let things happen maybe it will be better for everyone.by th way u shouldn't kill ur self for it.it's their life.
