If you can learn to be happy in your own company then you will find the less busy times to be a period of relaxation from the world. Too many people have been persuaded by the popular media that they MUST have some sort of problem to be OK in this world. It's not against the rules to enjoy your life.

I think we all procrastinate all the time, it just we never notice it, well some of us. I do procrastinate, i just worry and worry over little nit picky things, but i do get over it. I usually take a hobby, painting(acrylic and oil) or videogames. They keep my mind busy. Sometimes going out with a friend or two keeps you from procrastinating all the time. Go out to movie, or meet friends.

so you make a problem to have a problem ....
silly. I look to the problems I have got and eradicate them.
try taking learning up as a hobby ... start something like a home italian course.
run out of probs?? then study ... not studying? worry about how you bogging your body with stressing thoughts and not catching up on your studys. and eventually bully yourself round to doing something useful.
or you could take up bdsm get your partner to really whip your interest and then have a problem of being to sit down because of all the excitement.
..... ah what the hell you just love to keep a constnt drama happening. think you can find a drama or too in my suggestions tho .... have fun

Sounds like you are simply worrying about having no problems, which in itself is a problem, why? Time goes by fast or slow and it's how you fill that time that matters. Think of something positive that you can do and hold that thought.

N.N.N.No. Not true.
One has a 'Problem' when for you an issue begins to get in your way ~ stops you from making progress in some form, and the it becomes 'A Problem.'
Something I became aware of some years back is those of us who are seemingly intent on pointing out 'other peoples problems to them' ~ whilst seemingly 'busy' at avoiding their own (which can be either a neat trick, and or an avoidance / sublimation).

It's not the lack of something to worry about, it's a lack of something to focus on. My son solved the same problem by taking up exercise so that he could focus on worrying about which bits of him hurt the most after a workout.

Happiness isn't enough for some people. Why create stress and worry? You'll live longer if You enjoy the clear patches.

I'm so like that. If i havent got any drama in my life i proper stress over my friends dramas, and they're the same- if none of us have any dramas going on we pick at little meaningless things till they become proper huge dilemmas for us to solve. lol. keeps our minds awake and gives us something to talk about i suppose lol

Find a fun hobbie that absorbs your attention, but doesn't take too much energy. It will make time fly, and get your mind off of your worries.
