I think it is exactly what it sounds like, which is "take off your clothes." It's not a matter of what I WANT to hear, but a matter of what is being said. I've watched it with the subtitles, and the subtitles say "Take off…" and nothing else, however it's clear he is saying something that sounds exactly like "your clothes" at the end of that sentence.
It does not sound like "your claws," either.
Also, for the record, it's Alladin's voice, not the Genie's (Robin Williams).

It's in there. I don't think it's him. It's Aladdin. It's whispered. It's the part where they're below her tower and the genie is talking. Go to that part of the movie and listen.
