I try my best to be in a good mood everyday and I have a lot of friends (or so it seems), but I want to find out if people truly like me for who I am.

People don't so much like us for who we are, but for who we aren't. If we get outside of ourself by being aware of ourself, but not too much into ourself, we are more adaptable. Then our see ourself as who we really are, an awareness of our thoughts, emotions, history and the like. That way we ride on our emotions like a wave and don't wipe out and get scraped along the bottom. New ideas can flow through the mind and not get stuck just as food flows through the body. Ideas stuck in the mind, conscious mind, are as bad a food stuck in the stomach. An equally important concept, and there are a few more besides, are on this video on youtube. Email if you have a question. When we get back from ourselves we're reasonably easy going and fun and love life.

If you awaken with a less than positive attitude, look into yourself. A current attitude results from unfinished business. You cannot make people like you. If you present yourself as different than you are, you are cheating yourself. Do you fear being rejected by others if you present your self as yourself? Be who you are. You'll have more fun.
