They are about 14 people in a 4 bedroom house, have new nice cars without plates on and fake previous address, they gave me American names, and told me they were from Romania. I got pay for 13 day cash. Can I evict them in case they not pay me in the first, without having a montly rental contract signed? What I can do to protect myself now, and leverages against them? Can I simply call police, ou go to court? Thanks all!

You let Gypsies into your house without a contract. Wow; bad idea. Return their money, and get them out. Now.

Ouch what a situation you have gotten your self into,

first, if you do not have a sign rental contract, then the state under statute will presume a month to month rental agreement, so you will have to give a month notice to terminate the lease, afterward if they failed to move then you can go with eviction

on a side note even though you do not have a sign contract, 14 people seems like an excessive amount and most likely unless they are all related is probably a violation of city ordinance, which might give you a quicker avenue to get them out

as to protect your self, if they are using fake names etc, pray they do not damage your house for it will most likely be impossible to collect from them

good luck

You have a rental contract. It doesn't have to be written. Just be there on the 14th day for the rest of your rent. And if you are female, speak with the oldest female. If you need to speak with one of the men, the lady of the house will direct you. It is most likely they will keep their rent paid up. They don't want to have anything to do with the police.
You don't need to notarize a rental contract, anyway. That may be the reason for the cold look - as a landlady, you should have known that.
When you want to get rid of them, apologize for not mentioning before that the house has a ghost.

You have all the information you need to know, that you should not have let them rent in the first place. You were given fake previous addresses? Come on, are you serious with this question? When the time comes for them to leave, I'm pretty sure that they won't leave until they get good and ready, in addition to trashing the place when they do get good and ready to leave. I think you're going to have the legal equivalent of a battle royal when it comes time for them to leave according to whatever date you agreed that they would leave. I'm pretty sure this whole deal is going to cost you, waaaay more than what you're being paid for in rent. And my opinion has nothing to do with them being Romanians, but everything to do with the way the whole deal was handled, I would've said the same thing, no matter the race of the people. I hope this whole thing works out for, but I gotta tell you, the whole thing smells bad!

You can send an eviction notice. I think Nevada has about 45 days where they have to move. Until then you're sunk. But the main thing is be specific on cause for eviction. Renters have rights. Good luck to you.
