People can say what they want about Kobe, true or false, opinion or fact, but no one can deny that he is unarguably one of the best ball players in the world. He is arguably the best in the game now. That, of course, is arguable; but I'll say that.
As a ball player, other than the fact of making his teammates better (which I think he is improving on), what can Kobe NOT do on the court. All sly jokes aside, what can he NOT do "ON" the court. He can score from ANYWHERE and on ANYONE on the court, he is a strong defender, he can hit clutch shots AND free throws, he is extremely athletic, he has awesome mechanics and footwork, and he has the drive and competitiveness (or edge) to make it happen on the court.
Its not like he don't know HOW to win, he has 3 rings!!!!! I guarantee you that if Kobe can get some more quality players on his team that he can help elevate, he can win championships.
And for the record, I think it is unfair to limit Kobe because he had Shaq when he won championships. No one, in the most recent generations of competitive NBA ball, has had no other very good players on their championship teams: Wade ALSO had Shaq, MJ had Scottie, Duncan has Parker and Ginobili and more, Detroit was a team full of raw talent, Magic had Kareem and James Worthy, and etc.
The only one who has come close to winning it all without any help on his team was Lebron this past year. And look what happened to him when he came up against a superstar with good role players.....SWEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you serious? What cave have you lived in the past ten years? Kobe Bryant is the franchise player for the Los Angeles Lakers, wears number 24 or you'll see other highlights of him wearing number 8. He was the league's scoring leader the last 2 years.

Kobe Bryant is one of the best ball players, he has even been compared to Michael Jordan, the guy is amazing, he makes some shots that are practically impossible, he has had an 81 point game, this guy is just amazing, and he is also very cute

Pretty good b-ball player. Ok, ok, probably the best....
Also gained alot of notoriety, if you remember, when a girl from a Colorado hotel was accusing him of rape. He was found innocent but bought his wife a huge 'ol ring to say sorry.....

Somewhat talented ball hog who, at times, appears to believe he is above the game. Perhaps he realizes that Shaq, who I am not a fan of, was actually pretty important to the Lakers' success.

He is a basketball player who cheated on his wife, got caught and was accused of raping a woman. Not the ideal guy to have my kids even know about.
