the powers that be pander to the zionists but they are not zionists in and of themselves. i think bush is the only one in the executive branch that even speaks any christian rhetoric -- people like cheney and rove are far from being zionist.
the hermetic order as power concept is slightly ficticious. early on this country was run by the people in priviledged groups (we were never really of the people by the people and for the people -- unless you define the people as being the monied) large corporations run the country. look at who is heading lobbys labeled think tanks like the heritage foundation. these are the people running the country. the heritage foundation is one of the biggest scams going and far more dangerous than any zionist or hermetic order. they are "experts" with no credentials hired by corporations to sit on a board and make up propaganda and lies to influence politicians to be a little more fascist each and every day in the name of "conservative" values. a few bucks slipped to politicians helps even more -- thats always a great conservative value. heritage foundation was founded by coors. most corporate sponsors now mask their donations to the heritage foundation because shady business is always better if its done out of the sight of the public.
one of the most powerful "think tanks" for our current regime is the american enterprise group. members include such great academicians as cheneys wife and newt gingrich. they are largely funded by -- drum roll please -- the defense industry and oil. there is a law professor named john yoo on the board -- think of him kind of like hitler's goebbels -- he penned the laws of "executive priviledge" that the bush regime currently enjoys.
