Sure there is. I used to live in Sherman, Tx, but now Oklahoma. I have heard about Odessa.
My family have always been into building houses, but I am not sure how far away that is. I know there is a demand and there should be someone availabe, and willing. Money is money.

Any builder except maybe the luxury custom builders.
Be sure to check them out, with references.
Lots of shady/shoddy ones.
