I can't say I've ever reserved a ticket for the Tooth Ferry, but I can imagine it wouldn't be that much fun of a ride. I believe teeth are buoyant, but I doubt a vessel made from teeth (much less a ferry) would be terribly reliable. This is of course irrespective of whether they awarded me Monopoly money or not.

Um, I've never had a tooth ferry visit me... But i have had the Tooth Fairy leave quarters before....

no my parents (the tooth faries) have never done that to me but they do leave some nice cash under my pillow the highest i've gotten is $25 dollars!! (Swweeeet)

No, but she has taken the tooth without leaving me anything, and on top of that punched me in the mouth and taken the tooth that came loose when she did that.
