Hi I was thinking about going to Job Fair but I dont have any job experience an I dont have resume. Should I go anyway?

It cannot hurt. You can ask recruiters about jobs and what the requirements are for different jobs based upon your interests. They may be able to point you in the correct direction about how to get started.

I once hired a person for a temporary support position who had no work experience but who had good programming skills and was mature and smart. He was very good.

I recommend that you try to piece together a one-page summary of your academic and other activities and accomplishments, however. It might not hurt to line up personal references as well (and ask your references for their permission).

You will not find a management job, but an entry level job doing errands, reception work, or answering the phone is a distinct possibility if you have the right personality.

Recrutiers might also give you the name of an agency that they use for temporary and contract work. This is one way to get your foot in the door at a larger company.
