If i have to choose between the 2 then fox. NBC covers far more celebrity news and i don't like their reporting style.

If you are looking to be informed, then go with NBC.
If you are looking to be misinformed, then go with Fox.
Fox fought a a civil lawsuit filed by former employees by claiming in court that they have the right to broadcast lies and misinformation.
