I just purchased mine and of course, no fuel gauge! The girl I bought it from said she always filled up at 80 miles. I know it can go further. But before I try, I'd like some really good opinions or exact facts. Thanks for your help!

100-125 miles.
I had a CM400A for a short time.
Got about 50 mpg.
Be wise, fill at 100 or earlier. Small tanks have small reserves.
That's the bike my sister rode to the Blessing years ago. I told her not to worry, she could re-fill from my tank. I had 5+ gal.

You actually bought one of those? Mine had a max of 150 miles. But it was new ( circa 1978) Almost killed myself quite a few times. Trade for a clutch! Here's a thought. ride it a while and when you put gas in, Devide the miles by how many gallons it took to fill. It will let you know when to fill up the next time.

How many gallons is the tank. You can be conservative and say you can get 40 miles per gallon. My 1000cc BMW gets about 100 miles before I switch the fuel petcock to reserve. I ban go another 50 miles on that
