My sister gave me this pictures after she had develop them, but I want them in a disc. I don't have a scanner, but could I take them to a store and they can scan them and put them on a disc.

You don't want to scan the pictures, you want to scan the negatives. The negatives have much more resolution than the prints. The machine that does that is called a 'film scanner'. I'm pretty sure drugstores today either can send them out for that or maybe even have a scanner right in the store, they only cost a few hundred dollars for a good one. If not a drugstore than a regular photo-processing place. Once they're scanned, you will get them on a CD.

yes you can actually. all you need to do is get the negatives (the small brownish pictures) and bring those and a blank disc to the walgreens

Have your sister post the pictures to Walmart then you can order a photo cd there on line.
