Alas, I remember Jeremiah. He was a fine frog. He stared out having a glass of his “mighty fine wine,” sociably every now and again. Then he got involved with some bad amphibians. He started hanging out late at night in the swamps with them drinking beer. Then, and this is the kicker, he lost his song. It just wasn’t cool to sing anymore! No more joy, no anything. He just started speaking in monosyllabic grunts. “Weis,” he would grunt, belying his poetic and musical soul. “Weis,” “Weis,” “Weis,” he would utter for hours on end. 'Till at last he succumbed to liver poisoning and…..

he was a good friend of mine
he ate my bread and then
he drank my wine.
so why didn't you just become his agent, after all singing bullfrogs drunk or not, don't come alone every day. Then you can pay for a shrink and find out why you see and hear drunken singing bullfrogs.

Jeremiah was a Bull Frog, Was a good friend of mine.
So I just -Threw Him Back In The Pond, I go down and take him some wine every once in a while.

my grandsons name is jeremiah, and i have a frog that plys that song, he gets so mad at me when i play it, especially when his friends are around! i get a good laugh out of it.
