slow down the pace. lock yourself in the bathroom for a half an hour. go to the kitchen get a glass of water. sit down on the living room floor. repeat this 4 times. after that you will be so tired you wont want to be in front of that window.

You'll be fine, I think. Personally, when I start to lose it, I take on different personas and I actually speak in a variety of accents. The dangerous thing is when you start ot THINK the thoughts one of these other characters you put on in order to feel good.
