About 2 tablespoons total (during whole period). A girl's period can last anywhere from 2-7 days - usually about 5 or so.

Way to use the internet for your own sneaky purposes.
I read that the average total amount of blood from one menstrual cycle is about one tablespoon, or 15mL.
The length of a person's period and how heavy it is usually depends on genetics, and may change as they age.

It really depends. You could be changing pads every hour or once a day.

If its worrisome talk to your mom!
