for failing to pay tickets? For my UK friends, it's a device the cops put on your car tire and you can't drive it anywhere until you pay the tickets and they come and unlock it.
How much would that suck?!

no, i can say that i have only got a seatbelt ticket and they can't put a boot on my car if they don't know where it is!!

...no here in the city they use stiletto's...its sexier & much more effective if the car belongs to a man and doubly effective if he's married.
