I'd first try something like WD-40 on a soft cotton rag. (So you don't scratch it.) I have removed spray paint with WD-40 when some wacko sprayed my truck bed in a WalMart parking lot. He didn't know that I had a coat of Nufinish wax on the truck and this makes everything very easy to clean off of the paint since there is a permanent barrier between the finish and the elements and wackos.

If WD-40 does not work, try some car polish and see if it buffs out. This usually works since the polishes actually have a super fine abrasive in them and remove a micron or two of clear coat or paint when you "wax" the car or paint.

Otherwise, a detail shop can do this with a buffer and some buffing compound but this takes off more than a micon or two of clear coat or paint.

Good Luck!

Maybe try one of the Mr Clean Magic Erasers. I don't know if it'll work for that, but they work for about everything else!
