Well, let's see. Beyond the hype, the look and the box office, Titanic lacked a good script, good directing and good acting. I found myself rooting for the iceberg.

Citizen Kane is regarded as possibly the closest thing to a perfect film ever made. If anyone has found any flaws in it, I haven't heard of them. The mirror scene alone is better than most films.

But c'mon. Nothing beats Judge Dredd. I always thought that if they ever did a remake of Kane, Stallone would naturally be the best to play the title role. The man is a national treasure.

Cititzen Kane is one of the best movies ever made, a landmark film from one of cinema's historical giants.

Titanic was a well-made movie that had enormous box-office success (primarily due to it's appeal to females- check who votes for Titanic, heheh). And Judge Dredd was just Stallone in rare form- "Dee Law is Dee Law!" :)

Citizen Kane by a landslide.
