Agreed. That's quite an insight.

Also, avoiding irony, the headline has to be just as strongly regulated--and as carefully chosen--as does the work's content itself.

I know other authors who agonize over titles--and probably should have spent much more time considering what they were writing instead. A great title without a book is a huge turnoff, to my way of thinking.

The phrases questions on Y/A are usually fun;
I do them if the phrases inspire me; random choices
just to be funny do not workin these for me. because if
I do one, it's as an imaginative challenge; I could write something immortal and still not be chosen best, after all.

So the purpose in completing one of these has to be mine--and I hope the askers keep this sort of challenge coming.

Have a great day.

I think they are fun and I love reading the stories, but as I have said before I really am not a writer. I am a painter and I do several other artistic things. Writing is just not one of the arts that I am good at. I will do it again though because I love a challenge. I also like the fill in the blanks "game". Those are my favorites. I think it does take talent to come up w/ a GOOD phrase.
That's my story and I'm stickin to it!!!!

Hey Sunshine. I can come up with the phrases just fine but I can't put them into any kind of story. I just don't have the talent or imagination or whatever it takes. I really admire your ability and that of so many more to come up with the stories you do. I've thrown some pretty difficult ones at you and you always come thru like a champ. Girl I believe you could make a story out of a baby's babblings. Keep them coming. I love them.

What related to the masses of thousands gave by skill of GE to 0bama and the Democrats...does that make NBC and MSNBC owned by skill of the Democrats. i think it does. the place's their disclaimer? The mainstream media is the Democrat media. This contains ABC, CBS, CNN, PBS, BBC, and so on. i think you deny the plain? Murdoch gave a million to the GOP Governor's fund, no longer the actual occasion itself. yet he's loose to grant to any loose-speech advocates, as he's interior the loose-speech company. Sorry the Democrats do no longer qualify. The court case you point out had 0 to do with Fox information...it grew to become right into a interior of sight Tampa bay Fox entertainment associate (the Simpsons). it is merely utter fabrication and obfuscation on your area. subsequently you lose all credibility. information are intersting issues to forget approximately approximately or twist, huh?

Just as much? Oh easily. To be able to arbitrarily come up with random phrases is an exercise in itself. Quite frankly, the times I have been able to even look at the topic...I stare at the screen and go duuuuuuuh... I cheerfully admit, my forte (ya right) is to formulate a story around the phrases. Even when...um...feeling quite under the weather, I found myself drawn to some of them..and with no intention of sitting here for longer than it took to check my mail..I was transported to a scene that just had to be put down. So...just as much talent to come up with 'the topic?" Without doubt..and thanks to all who are able to do so! My goal in life now..is to hit it on time so I might return the favour!

Thanks Sunshine for the opportunity to stretch my mind, and thanks to all who contribute! Even when someone uses the theme I was going to use so I have rethink how to approach it! LOL!

i think you daily phrase question is fun. It is certainly a mental break from the ordinary. I can't play every day, but when I have I enjoyed the challenge.

I do agree, I love them, they are fun, challenging, and it takes the edge off what you find in other sections here on YA.

Thank you for doing these, I do try to do as many as possible, I am off to work now, will look for yours when I get to work, if that is possible.

Have a great day.

That's probably true. The phrases we choose have to reveal something of the topic and simultaneously have to attract people to it.
