duh its MS pacman not miss pacman. i think their ghosts have different names and the original pacman didnot have fruits to eat on the board that came out with ms pacman and subsequent rereleases of pacman

the difference between Pac Man and Miss Pac Man is that Miss Pac Man is obviously female, while Pac Man his a male.

Pac Man is older, so Miss Pac Man was able to provide some significant improvements.
For instance in Pac Man, each of the ghosts is pre-programmed to react in one specific way in each situation. This allowed people to develop patterns for beating the game.
In Ms Pac Man, the ghosts have several different options for each situation. This makes it tougher to find patterns.
In addition, Ms Pac Man has a lot more screens, and way cooler intermissions.
