people that poke you non stop in your arm in order to bring a point across to you~~ i find this practice extremly annoying,what about you,what would you do to get these ppl to stop.

in this case that person happens to be my mothers obnoxious sister,she pokes everyone,i dont dare say anything to hurt her feelings cuz i get the drop dead look from my mother.

At first, I would tell them politely to stop doing that.If that didnt work, I would go for pinching.!!Sorry, not much of an answer but it WOULD be fun to see their reaction.

In light of the fact that this is your aunt and your mom gives you that particular look, I'd let your aunt know how you feel in a respectful, yet direct way right there in front of your mom. If your mom gets angry with you calmly remind her that you're a human being that has feelings just like anyone else and have the right to speak on them.

I think that People that Poke you when they want to get a point across, are very rude, and should learn some manners. If it was one of my family who did that I would let them know that it makes anyone mad when they do that. Tell her to poke, herself.

I don't like many people to touch me or even get in my personal "space", so I would say something.
The only people I excuse are children, the mentally infirm, old folks, my wife and so on.
I know it sounds like a long list, but you would be surprised at how rarely it happens if people know you don't especially like it.

or
you could do the same back to her maybe she might take the hint of how much it really p!sses ppl off

Try moving back out of arm's reach from the person. Keeping moving if you have to until they get the hint.

Well, I don't like acquaintances or most people for that matter touching me or getting right in my face when they talk to me. 5 feet is a good distance for me, so I'd tell them to stop touching me...........don't care if it offends them or not.
