Everytime I put a game in the PSP, it makes a funny, scraping noise and doesn't reads the game. Where can I take it to be repaired in New York City?

If it's in the 30 day limit, go return it for a new one. My PSP has never done that so it must be the PSP itself that won't read the disc. If it's over the day limit, it would probably cost more to repair it than buy a new one since the PSP is now like $150.
