It is a 15 pin HD D-shell for a VGA connector. But there are usually a few NC.

DVI is an array of 8 by 3, plus a tab, plus a square of contacts arond the tab for DVI-A. There are often many NC pins as most cables shipped with monitors are single link, DVI-D.
