How can we get help , if we have a flat tire in a state highway at night, in a dark forest like area? (unfortunately no signal in cell phone)...?

The easiest solution is to be prepared! You should have a spare tire and jack (and they should be in good condition) before you go anywhere!

Learn how to change a tire, before you need to. You may want to practice in an empty flat parking lot!

No one should be allowed to drive unless they can change a tire!

Pull the vehicle as far off the road as possible, put the emergency brake on (important!) turn the car off and put on your flashers.

Get out of the vehicle - turn on your flashlight.

(You do have a flashlight in your car for emergencies right?)

Open the trunk and get out the spare tire, lug wrench, and jack. Figure out which tire is flat, and put the jack underneath the car - most cars have a specific reinforced place to jack them at - check your owners manual if you aren't sure.

Using the lug wrench, bust the lug nuts loose - some cars have an anti-theft lug that requires an adaptor, which should be included with the car.

Carefully jack the car up - hopefully the vehicle is on a fairly level surface, if not - you might need to limp it down the road until you find someplace better, though this might cause damage to your tire (it never hurts to have a can of fix-a-flat with you either).

If you can find something to block the car with to keep it from falling off the jack, then do it - otherwise be very careful - keep other people from leaning on the car. Spin the lug nuts off, pull the tire off, put the spare on, spin the nuts back down snug, and lower the car back off the jack.

Tighten the lug nuts - try to 'cross torque' them by doing one, then going across to the next one - snug each one down a little bit, and then finally crank them down as tight as you can get them. If you aren't sure if they are tight enough, you can always drive the car for a few minutes, and then get out and doublecheck them.

Voila.

It is always a good idea to try doing this in the safety and convenience of your own driveway - just in case it ever comes up. If you don't feel comfortable doing it - then have someone give you a hand. It can be the difference between being stranded, and getting back on the road.

well to Begin with every one who drives a car should be able to change a flat tire if you do not know how the first thing that you do is put a big rock or block of wood behind one of the tires so that it will not roll get your jack out and your spare tire and then start ot raise the car then you stop and loosen the lug nuts and then raise the car up until the tire is clear and then you remove all the nuts and then remover the tire and then put the spare tire on and then put all the nuts back on then tighten them up and then put the flat one in your trunk you should not re lie on others to come to your rescue some things you should know how to do before you even start out on a road trip just for your own safety

first thing, are you carring a spare? if not why not!
if you are, here comes the technical bit pay attention now,
loosen the wheel nuts with the spanner in a clockwise direction, righty tighty, loosey lefty, dont take the nuts off yet, get the jack out and place under car next to flat tyre, most cars have a special runner for this purpose. wind jack up till flat tyre is at least 3 inches above the ground. take all nuts off take flat tyre off, put spare tyre on, place your foot or get someone else to place foot at bottom of new tyre to keep it from falling off, put nuts back on till hand tight, lower jack and then tighten nuts standing on the spanner to make sure they are all tight. ....... congratulations you should be able to change a tyre now and carry on your way.
p.s
call at the nearest open gargae to get the nuts properly torqued and the flat repaired

Pull over, turn on emergency light. Then take a look at the tire. If it isn't a major leak, I would just take a air pump and pump some air just to make it drivable again. (If you don't have air pump, you should buy one, and keep one in the car)

If major leak, then you will have to jack up the car and mount the spare tire.

Carry a fix-a-flat can, this will fix small punctures and inflate the tire, comes in a large can, carry a maintained spare with some latex gloves and a flashlight. If you are really paranoid install some run flat tires on your car, there are a number of them on the market now.

The quickest thing to do is change it yourself. Waiting for someone to do it for you is a bad idea because it will take forever to show up, and/or some people straight out of Deliverance may want to "help" you. Don't know how to change a tire? It tells you how to do it in your owner's manual. Practice during the daylight.

Wait until a homeless person comes along, or a truck full of Mexicans.
