never have heard reports or from people I know it happening. So I would say No.

No, Cialis, or Viagra will only cause you to have a very hard erection so I've been told by some friends or mine. I have no need to use it but they say they can go more than once using it.

cialis is a fairly new drug, but a false positive in drug screening has not been reported as happening with it's use.
