Any positive or negative aspects of Norwegian culture?

Any cultures that are at odds with Norwegians?

And, be honest, do you know where Norway is when looking at a map and do you think that it is the same thing as the Netherlands?

I spent 6 months in Oslo. I'm glad to be out. The gvmt is in every aspect of ones life, that it's hard to take a breath. It's never really warm, only the Sun provides warmth. It doesn't come out much.

The people are nice, most speak English.

Of course I know where Norway is, my Darling. It's next to Sweden, over Denmark and close enough to the British Isles to make them sackable in the summertime (whooohoo!!!) Yea Gods, no, Norway is *not* the same as the Netherlands....take that thought out of your head immediatley...although you may send some Dutch chocolate my way.
I'm very fond of the Norwegian culture although around here (Wisconsin) they keep putting horns on the Viking helmets. One of these days I'm taking a saw to Syettnemai. Take that Stoughton!

Why is this question in this catagory?

Are you Norwegian? I assume so. I like them fine I guess; only met one... I do know where it is on a map. I know you share borders with Sweden, Finland, and Russia to the east among others as well, north and such. I met a girl from there and she was soo beautiful. So anytime I heare of this nordic country, i think of her. Vikings too, they come to mind as well...

Thanks for making think about that beautiful Norwegian princess!
