There is no specific reason. Just a bad mood? I am happy 99% of the time so I am not good at dealing with bad moods.

Yeah. I just tend to get that way sometimes when I spend too much time with these stiffs I work with.

Their idea of great humor is to retell Jay Leno jokes all day. Just ****** shoot me.

I either listen to music, come here, or drink lots of alcohol. :)

I'm a diagnosed depressive, so I'm pretty much always in a bad mood unless I have something to break me out of it. Being happy 99% percent of the time sounds pretty sweet.

I get into bad moods sometimes because otehr peopel aroudn me are in bad moods. Even if I have no clue why they aren't happy. It's go to do with human beings being a social animal. By body launguage and other unconcious indicators we project our moods around us. Others often pick up on them esp if you have a strong personality. One of my friends is amazing at making you happy- but if she's unhappy stay away!

Sure, every time I go grocery shopping during lunch time.
The book ^Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus ^ explains a lot about dietary and endocrinological (chemical) connections and it is worth reading. If the condition is allowed to persist, it can become an addiction and lead to bad health.

If its only 99%, perhaps you can deal with the other 1% by forcing yourself to do something especially fun for you, i.e., ice cream cone, exercise (great mental health), visit a nursing home, play with a puppy etc. You fill in the blanks. Bad days are very normal - you can deal w/it!!!

yess i definitely do. it's a mix of being tired...and stressed. I tend to pile up everything that i have to do in my head...annddd it will put me in a bad mood. i deal with those moods best if i'm able to work out. if i'm at work and it happens, i just remind myself that things can always be worse

I do believe that this is human nature...I have this sometimes, and I don't even know why.
I reckon we just have to learn to deal with it, and try to keep it under control and keep it from affecting others.
