we just got back from 2 fabulous weeks in England- 4 nights in London. Check all the internet sites- you may be able to get 2 for 1 coupons for some of the attractions you're interested in- we did! Also, the sites will give you admission costs. As for Harrods, that depends on how much shopping you're planning to do! It's expensive- but decide what you can spend and then stick to it. Just remember that it costs $2 of our money for every 1 pound. AND, things there tend to be priced just what you would expect them to be here BUT remember you have to DOUBLE the amount if you want to know what the actual cost is in dollars. Like, if something os priced 4.95 pounds, it is almost $10.00 in US dollars. Have a great time though, and after you decide how much to bring, don't think too much about the exchange rate- it's depressing! Doesn't mean we aren't going back though- we're already planniing our next trip as it was the most wonderful vacation we have ever taken!
