Just imagine yourself getting taller every night before you go to sleep. It will work that way. Seriously.
Additional: I make that suggestion because it will create little more disturbance to the balance of things than normal life would, because the extra gain would be small each time and spread throughout a good length of time. Therefore, any disturbance the gain would create will be small.
With any Magick, there is always a cost for anything gained. White magick works with nature and is never forced but rather is persuaded, so has a benevolent cost connected to its gain. Black magick has a malevolent cost attached to its gain because it works against the natural order of things and forces happenings to occur. When employing black magick, usually the motives for the gain are selfish, which is a good indication on whether or not the magick asked for or being used is white or black.

1) White magic does not exist. Magic has no color, therefore calling it white or black is incorrect.
2) You have to know the ethics and theory of magic/witchcraft before you begin casting spells. You can't just jump in at any point and try to do something drastic.
3) Magic is not used for such purposes. Try growth hormones.

Certainly! I do it as often as I can! Work and daily responsibilities prevent me from doing more.
However, you must understand that there is no such thing as "white" or "black" magic. Magic is magic. The morality of it comes from the intention and purpose of the person using it.

don;t really on your beliefs of magic to grow taller in my opionion that will not work just make sure to eat right exercise and just let nature take it's corse I know how you feel I'm short to and a friend of mine is a 5 feet or less and she's 23 but ther isn't much you can do to get taller maybe you should talk to your doctor

No such thing as 'white' magic. Magic really involves the use of disturbing the earth's natural energy to change that which is encoded into the ways of the universe. Altering it in any way always has a cost. If you believe in magic, you have to know it is not free....

Magic doesn't work like this. I'm sorry. You have to rely on DNA for that. If you're done growing, you're done. Nothing can change that, and you're not short enough to qualify for growth hormones. Sorry. You're going to have to learn to live with it.

The more You delve into the idea of magic, black and white, and then the notion of grey -- well, i came to the conclusion that the only "white" magic is the one that never gets used. Because of what Whynot said.

Magic isn't going to help you get taller, but if you learn to accept and love yourself the way you are, your confidence will increase and you won't need magic at all. Besides which, if you don't know anything about magic, you definitely should not be trying to use it.
