I am 37 weeks along and doc told me I am 2 to 3 cent. What do you guys think? How much longer do you think I?

I was like that for 2 weeks or so then I got my membranes stripped(which you should ask for between 38-39 weeks--depending on how your dr feels) and had my baby 3 days later! It's different for everyone--but it couldn't hurt to give it a try!

I was 1 cm from 36 weeks to 40 weeks, and for the first 37 hours of labor.

Just keep busy and let your body do what it has to, I know its hard.

No way to say. I was 2 centimeters for 3 weeks. Other friend was 1 centimeter and gave birth the next day. Every woman dialates at different rates.

I was 3 cent. for my last four weeks and never dialated. I ended having a scheduled C-section on his due date. Until you are 5 cent. you really shouldn't expect too much.

You could still go weeks. My wife was 2cm at 36 weeks but had to be induced at 41 weeks so don't get overjoyed. I promise the day will come, and you'll be a mommy. Until then you are to your dreams.

If this is your first there is no telling when. Babies, especially first borns, have a way of setting their own schedule. You could be days or weeks away. Then again, you could wake up tomorrow morning and it's show time! Just try to relax and let it happen when it's meant to happen. Congratulations!

You could give birth any day... Your ok at this point to have your baby, so dont be worried. I have a friend who had her babies( 3 of them) at 36weeks and they all are fine.
