At the risk of sounding like an @ss here, I think proctologists get a "Bum" deal.... To that, the end truly is always near... usually not far beyond the back door....

Yes, having to be ANAL-ystically probing into the deep mystery, they can see that the end is always near. Tthat is why they are always nervous and keep looking in their rearview mirror on their way home.
