Yes, I have a tattoo and do NOT think they are a sin. The one I have I just got 2 years ago and I love it. It isn't obnoxious or anything but states a love/passion I have.

It is only 1" in size and is on my left upper arm. It is a bicycle that I designed to express my passion for biking. I am 42 years old and waited until then to make the decision based on maturity not spontaneity with regret later.

Hope that helps.

Yes, I have 3 tattoos. I like them and if I ever get the urge to do it again I will. I always get tasteful tattoos that mean something and I put them in places that can be covered up. No, I do not feel like they are a sin. I am just decorating GOD's temple!

Yes I have four and NO I don't think they r a sin. The Bible verse ppl use for tattoos talks about not marking your body which means piercing also. It says not to cute hair if ur a woman and if a man not to cut your beard. SO if u r going to do one then I feel u must do all.

Personally no tattoo's for me (i don't like needles), but I have friends and family that have them. As far as them being a sin, well in the bible it tells us that our body is a temple and we need to take care of it. Tattoo's and piercings are not good, but then again neither is over eating and lots of people do that.

My personal opinion, I think tattoo's are degrading on a woman. Needless to say, I don't have one.

My retired military husband has a small anchor on his upper arm with his own initials. It was there when we married 54 yrs. ago. It is quite faded. I have 3 grown sons and 2 grown daughters. To my knowledge, none have tattoo's.

It's not for me to judge if they or sin-full.

I do remember a remark made by my precious deceased Mother, many years ago " I wouldn't want to go to my grave, with one of those things, on this body, that God gave me.

Have a beautiful day everyone. God bless you all~~~Jill

I have a strawberry on my thigh. I really wish it wasn't there but, oh well. I'm not sure if it's a sin or not. Now that I'm older I do think it's a stupid thing to do. It's like never being able to change your style as styles change.

If you're going according to the Bible, then I believe they are a sin just like piercings.
I don't have any tattoos, just my ears pierced.
