You don't say from where, but:-
From Newcastle (North Sheilds) to Amsterdam (Ijmuiden) dfds seaways.
From Hull to Rotterdam (Europoort) p&o ferries
From Harwich to Hoek van Holland stena line, plus freight only from Teesport also p&o ferries.
All bookable on their freight websites

P & O Ferries, Stena and Condor all sail to Holland and I travel with a 28ft motorvan that is just under 3meters high and the ferries are full of HGV with trailers, so I don't think you will have any problems. You can book on-line.
