Two basic paths got me to my present location. It is not a destination because that is constantly changing.

The first was my point of focus, my Being, my rate of vibration, my desires, my preferences, my States. Specifically, it was my Joy. I was really enjoying my 12th wine-grape harvest. I was high on life, the life that at that moment was my destination.

There suddenly presented itself a new challenge, a crossroads, and I knew that it was an opportunity which I could not pass up. I had not thought it up. I had not dreamed it up, but in a flash I knew it was right. The decision to take off in a new direction took me less than two minutes. There was a feeling of bravado, sort of, but no questioning.

I answer yes to all your questions. I did choose. It did choose. She did choose. The Universe chose. We were all chosen. Intent was the name of the game at the same time as the lack of it. The prize was the greatest, is the greatest, that I could ever imagine. I will be ready when the time comes to continue this wonderful journey. Allons!

I never look at things in the long run because no matter what the problem is you can find reasons not to do something. When i had an issue in my life i reviewed my options and their immediate consequences and I looked at the long term only slightly. My life isn't the way I would have expected it to be when I was seven but I like my life and I don't think I could have lived with myself had I made different decisions for major things. I don't think there is a road in front of you only a road behind you that you have created. In front of you lyes a vast open space with innumerable options for you to choose from.

I arrived at my current destination by following the cyber road. I took a road less traveled and followed the online road that lead to NY state. It was a great ride and at the end I got the love of my life and found my life's destiny.

I think I was more directed. My mother completely influenced my decision making leaving me in my current circumstances.
I have taken way to many wrong turns. Pragmatically if I was a bit more intelligent when I was younger I would have had a better life then I do now. I would have turned on a couple of roads that lead me to college, wife, children, but all that now is gone.
So I must continue on this path, to the next destination, in where I ask should I take this way or that.

I think my road chose me. Looking back, I can see that all my experiences were learning opportunities which prepared me for the responsibilites I have now, and the talents I was blessed with have led directly to the career path I am on. I love what I do, and I am good at it, and I have absolutely no doubt this is what I was created to do.

But yes, there were by-roads on the way. They provided the lessons learned.

I have never chosen my path, the road always seems to open when I need a new route to travel so the road chooses me and I always use the by roads twisty and round about - never the freeways or direct route.

We've all taken the same road. My proxy by-way is your highway and someone elses dead end. We are all traveling the same path, on the same rock, going to the same place. No one can escape. We're all stuck in this great big waiting room. The roads go no where and all end the same, an appointment with death.

Well, that was a gramatical rollercoaster and no mistake.
i arrived at my current destination in life,
being only eighteen and therefore just starting to make all of my choices entirely for myself
in, by analogy, a taxi.
i know where i evetually want to be, but someone else has been choosing the route untill now.
ie. i had to take exams, by law, but i had a degree of control overwhich exams i took.

I have very stubbornly, chosen the road that brought me this far.
At times I fought the attitudes and, opinions of even my loved ones .
Taking the road I have chosen has not been the easy path .
I have lost friends along the 'by-way.'
It has been sad and lonely at times but , I find I am very comfortable with my choices after all.

i would say a combination, sometimes i had choices and picked which road to travel, other times it seems i reached dead ends and would have to back up and try an alternate path, and then there were times there seemed no real choices, only one road, or else one possible road and one flooded one, though i few times i think i decided to swim across the flooded one!
