Smooothies---- lots since mother's day son bought the processing device ( I think it's called a rocket---small liquidiser with lots of plastic containers) on eBay but I had to go and pick it up and pay---- a bargain ! best present ever ----great change in diet---- also good for budget as I can use powdered milk ---what more can I say--- don't delay get one today ---sorry I get carried away time for more comfort !

Wow, that is a choice between fried chicken (I prefer wings) and pork ribs, slathered with barbeque sauce, macaroni and cheese, corn on the cob, corn bread and a nice, cold ice tea.
