I don't want to be the shallow one, but everyone knows that attraction is the first thing you look for. Physical attraction is what gets your interests started. They don't have to be gorgeous, but just a little something to get you interested enough to get to know them. Their personality generally determines how you feel about them. It can make or break them. I look for intelligence, ambition, determination, success, sensitivity, caring...the list just goes on and on. Basically all good qualities. I haven't found anyone to possess all of those qualities, but some of them are better than none.

I know what I want, but what do YOU want. IN other words there is no norm to the question. Everyone is different on what they want in a life partner. Are you asking just an open question or are you asking what you think you should look for? If it is what you would look for then only you can answer the question. Have I confused you yet? lol

She needs to be 5 foot 7, like ice hockey, speak Spanish even though I don't, have poor eyesight, light brown hair and hazel eyes, enjoy traveling, be the oldest of three children, like to go to church, must have a good singing voice, have bi-polar disease, be a terrible cook, be gentle and honest, like watching foreign films, goes hiking, want to be a teacher, enjoy playing board games, play handbells, be involved with musical theater, and must be born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida.

First, me being a Christian i want him to be a believer also. Then, I would like him to be sweet, imaginitive, and a romantic. Patience is also important. But what I think matters even more is that we be totally in love with eachother because then everything will just fall in place.

hi.
well, i think i'd like a well-rounded individual who has common sense, integrity, respects others, can compromise and talk out issues... someone who takes the space they need to do things they like, and allow me to do my thing sometimes too...
someone who doesn't put on an "act" and is honest if the relationship goes from a dating level to more serious thing.
believe me, i've met my share of liars and those who live in a fantasy world... ugh!!
